What Colour are
you?
Funny as the question might sound, but did you know that just
as people vary in terms of height, weight, complexion, shape etc., they could
be grouped into different ‘colours’ like blue,
green, yellow
or even red respectively based on their nature? Yes,
colour in quote because it has so much to talk about. Notwithstanding, I know
you cannot wait to know what colour you are. However, you need not to be in a
hurry. After going through this analysis, you will get to know where you
belong. It does not really matter whether you are a pupil/student, teacher, or parent
whatever.
The BLUES, to begin with, are
liken to the ocean. Contrary to your default impression and assumption about
them because they are introverts, they are laden with ideas, knowledge and
solutions to problem. This is why they are blue-
just like the ocean, which is stuffed with pearls, minerals and creatures, of
different sizes and economic values that you can hardly see without diving into
it. It is an established fact that the aquatic creatures are far more than the
terrestrial creatures including the arboreal animals. They are so much that the
space on land cannot carry. However, the only way to discover the blues is to give them opportunity to participate.
They can be very useful in finding solutions when in tough situation. This is a
reason why everyone must be given equal chance to partake.
Next in line are the GREENS. Just
like the vegetation i.e. the land, which is capable of burring whatsoever put
into it, they are very good in keeping secret. More so, they are as clever as Solomon
is. They listen more than they talk. This is to say that they gather ideas and
learn more from other peoples’ utterances and mistakes. They have little or no
cause to regret in whatsoever they say or do, as they are very careful. On the
other hand, the greens could be very
sluggish to complete their tasks perhaps last to show up but best done with
little or no mistakes. This colour of people could be useful in handling
classified info and top secrets because they are reliable. Now you realize that
green fellow in your midst.
What about the YELLOWS?
Wow! They are very energetic like the colour they represent-the sunshine, extrovert,
pragmatic in nature i.e. they believe in action than mere blabbing and are
always good to go. Better still, they are honest, and sincere in whatever they
say or do. However, they have little or zero tolerance and they complete their
tasks as at when due but with whole lot of mistakes. They are very good in
making tough decisions and implementing it. The yellows
could be useful in
heading disciplinary committee. This is because they call a spade, a spade and
are not afraid to step on toes. Although they have few friends but they are the
best, you can count on.
Lastly, the REDS are authoritative in nature. They are just like fire, as they have zero
tolerance for nonsense and excuses. All they are after are achievements and
successes. In fact, they can go out of their legit ways to achieve them. They
believe the end justifies the means. Due to the bossy nature of the reds, they could be very useful in handling tough situation, making frank
decisions and restoring discipline.
In Great Heights Academy, colours are considered in terms of what task is at hand,
where to carry it out, who to execute it and how to. The right person for everything
is the standing order. Hence the reason why we are simply the best. Teachers
especially embrace all the colours of pupils in their various classes and treat
them accordingly. I know you can now imagine what colour you are.
